Hi, Performers Achievers. Welcome to Performers and Achievers Daily with me, Raj Gavrulla. And today's episode is an important episode to help you live your dreams, priorities, clear goals, and most important tasks. And so anything you participate in, two questions are good to ask. One is, what did you learn? The other is how can you apply the learning? So you might be asking or thinking, well, why? And how does this work? It works because by asking these questions, you are then able to actually put this into your circuits, your memory, and be able to access it more easily. Sometimes you'll be able to access it by actually consciously accessing it, and then sometimes it will automatically come almost like muscle memory. And it will support you and help you in whatever you're participating in. There is a guy by the name of Ray Pelletier. And Ray Pelletier, I read his book, his book was permission to win. And in the book, he just talked about learning and the importance of learning. And his perspective or point of view was learning is good and it's beneficial. And the thing about learning is there's not a specific time or place when it actually benefits you greatly. However, by asking these two questions, what this will do is this will create that time and place either as you're completing the participation in whatever you're doing, or a week from now, a month from now, year from now, five years from now, 15, 30, 35, 50 years from now. And the reason it works is because you're taking this learning that you're participating in from whatever it is that you participated in, and then you're actually asking yourself those two questions. What did I learn? And then how can I apply the learning? And so now it's not something that's you've never experienced, never heard of, never seen. And therefore there's a familiarity to it, and because of that familiarity, then you can apply it in different ways as you continue to evolve towards living your dreams, priorities, clear goals, and most important tasks. doesn't take as long. And this is what sometimes when I'm on a platform or when I'm coaching or training or teaching or when I'm delivering a talk. Techniques that I bring out in my storytelling with examples. And so this is something for you to try. And see how it works for you. Experience the benefits. Are you experiencing beneficial tangible results by asking yourself these two questions? If you like a podcast, like it.
