The use of my mental performance structure to help benefit and support you. This is the mental performance structure my customers, clients use to help benefit and support. So here's my mental performance structure. You can apply it to your family or work or sports. Use your competitive instincts. Next concept use your mental skills, which includes your mental specific skills of what you're participating in. Use your athleticism. Many of my customers play sports. Maybe you hike. And if you don't, that's okay. So it's use your athleticism. After that is use your positive instructional motivational self-talk. This will be different for each person. Some people may have some that are similar, however, this is different for each person. And then lastly, it is one task at a time. Or one point at a time. Or one play at a time.
